Linseed and Almond Bread
Ingredients
- 100g ground almonds
- 100g linseeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs or 5 small
- ¼ cup raisins
Instructions
- Grind the linseeds in your Nutribullet or in a grinder to release the healthy fats. For this recipe I used Golden Linseeds – also known as flax seeds.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Pour into a 2 pound lined loaf tin.
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Cool on a wire tray.
- Enjoy with real butter and a cuppa green tea
