Converting from US recipes in Cups to Grams

healthy recipes

American recipes typically measure by volume whilst in Europe we measure by weight. I own a good digital scales, but to be honest I prefer to have the kilo/gram system. In the past I was ignoring recipes in cups, but now using this guide the conversion is quick, easy and fool proof. There is a lot of wholesome and healthy recipe ideas coming our way transatlantic. So happy baking!
