Step 1

Your first step is to contact Helen at Help2Health Nutrition by phone at 086-8067832 or by  mail helen@help2healthnutrition. We will outline our range of services and if they fit your needs, we will set a date and time for your first consultation.

Step 2

Next step, we will send you out;

a.    Client Questionnaire
b.    Imbalance Screening Form
c.    3 Day Food Diary

You complete these and return them to us at least 5 working days prior to the consultation. This allows us time to prepare, optimise and tailor the advice to your individual needs.  We will input your 3 day food diary into our  Expert Software Tool Nutritics to identify excesses and deficiencies in your diet.

Step 3

Your next step is the Initial Consultation, which will take approximately 1 ½ hours or 2 separate 1 hour sessions if that suits you better. During the consultation we will go through the completed documents. We discuss the results of the diet analysis, discuss your health goals. We will do a full body composition analysis, discuss what foods you enjoy eating and your cooking abilities, your specific challenges and barrier to change and establish the level of change that you are comfortable taking on. We work together to set out your diet and lifestyle Action Steps that you work on prior to next meeting. Our philosophy is that small daily/weekly changes to your diet and lifestyle will add up to huge results in the long run.

Step 4

You go home with your Personalised Client Step by Step Support Pack and start with the action steps straight away confident that you have our full support and guidance.

Step 5

At the Follow Up Consultation,  we review your progress to see how the tailor made plan is working for you and work through any areas that you may have found  challenging. This consultation takes between 45 minutes and an  hour.   

You will receive a  Personalised Client Step by Step Support Pack which includes your personalised recommendations, customised healthy eating plans, client fact sheets, information sheets and a weekly tracking sheet outlining  your action steps for the following 7 to 14  days.  We will also be available to support and guide you throughout the process. We will take your queries via e-mail and phone between consultations.

How Many Sessions will I need?

Your reasons for coming will dictate how many sessions you need. All clients will attend for a minimum of two sessions – the initial meeting to gather information followed by the customised recommendations session.  For guidance and support in putting the recommendations into practise we have from 6 , 12 and 16+ week programmes. So it really depends on the individual situation and needs.  Packages are available, so contact Helen for more information.

Remember our approach is NOT a diet, a fad or a quick fix.  It is  NOT about calorie counting. Our philosophy is about long term diet and lifestyle changes as we believe there are no quick fixes to true health.

If your goal is to lose weight we will help you to stop dieting and start eating.  If your goal is for increased energy and vitality, we will show you how to nourish  your body to flourish.  If your goal is to get off the sugar cravings roller coaster,  we will show you how to find and regulate your natural appetite.  If your goal is to improve your mood, we will show you how the foods you eat can cause irritability, insomnia and brain fog.
