Ladies Group Programme
Thank you for your interest in the 35 Day Healthy Habits programme for ladies (over 18’s) run over 5 weeks. I educate, guide and support women (I work with men also but that’s a different programme!) who want to lose weight, increase energy, boost mood, move more, sleep better and eat healthier. It sounds like a mouthful however all of these are interconnected and related to your diet and lifestyle choices and habits. Eat better and your energy levels improve. Move more and you sleep better. Have a more positive mindset and you see solutions popping up around you. I combine my knowledge and skills in nutrition and lifestyle coaching with my expertise in behavioural change to help you set health goals, explore areas of focus and create your own personal action plan with weekly action steps and habits.
The 35 Day Healthy Habits programme is a great kick start for someone looking for support and motivation in a relaxed intimate setting to make healthier choices and create healthier habits. My way is very much a holistic approach to your health so no body shaming and no embarrassing moments. My previous groups have been very interactive and informal – we have ended up having a bit of fun which is so important. I will meet the 35 Day Healthy Habits group once a week – venue yet to be decided. The classes should take about an hour – the first week a little longer. I will do a short talk each week.
NO MORE DIETS. This is a non-diet approach where all participants are treated the same, regardless of their size, without judgement or bias. My approach will help you build up resilience and skills so you can confidently make the right choices for your body and simultaneously letting go of the dieting culture that focuses on the notions of good or bad food, the right or wrong diets, counting, measuring or weighing foods. The best ‘diet’ is the way of eating that works best for you.
NO MORE COUNTING.I help clients to love their bodies and regain their confidence to have a healthy eating routine without counting numbers or counting calories. Actually I rarely mention calories. Food is so much more than their sum of calories. I will go through this on the 35 Day Healthy Habits programme.
HONOUR YOUR HUNGER. My non diet approach will help you distinguish between real and emotional hunger. I will help you create healthy habits and make food choices that honour your true hunger and satisfaction.
STOP FIGHTING WITH FOOD. I will help you create a more intuitive way of eating so are satisfying your body’s real nutrient requirements and help you have a more peaceful relationship with food.
SELFCARE. I have a lot of compassion for people who have invested a lot of time energy and money into the dieting culture that offers expensive short term quick fixes. My approach is on making manageable changes to your diet or lifestyle with weekly actions steps that create the foundations for long term transformation change.

You go home every week with your own personal tracking sheet and a full set of client support sheets needed to complete the action steps and incorporate them around your daily life. We review the tracking sheets each week. I can track weight throughout the programme if your goal is to lose weight. So my job is to hold you accountable. You will also have access to a private members Facebook Group 35 Day Healthy Habits throughout the programme for daily reminders, on-going support and tips. This is the perfect forum for posing questions and queries between meetings so you will feel I am always there supporting you. However you don’t need to be on Facebook to avail of the support.
My 35 Day Healthy Habits programme will give you all the tools that you will need to make informed choices about your diet and lifestyle.

How many people are needed to run the 35 Day Healthy Habits Programme?
I need a minimum of 12 women to run the programme.
How do you get 12 people together?
This programme would be ideal for groups of work colleagues, for family members, for a group of neighbours, for a group of ladies in the same sports club or on a team or even a group of friends getting ready for a wedding. You got the idea.
Where do the group meetings take place?
The group meetings can take place at your work, at your local gym, in a large room in someone’s house, in your local community hall. We just need somewhere big enough take about 12 people. If you don’t have a venue I can arrange one. All you have to do is turn up with at least 12 enthusiastic women and let me do the rest!
How much does the programme cost?
The price to the programme will depend of the number of participants.
